• B.S degree (prefer Educational field of study);
• Experience in classroom management and student safety;
• Experienced in all phases of prep and paint of school/building surfaces;
• Knowledgeable of product application with spray, roller, and brush;
• Basic knowledge of power tools, air compressors, pressure washing, and other tools associated with general painting and carpentry;
• Operate ¾ ton pickup truck with 20’ bumper pull trailer.
